Juice Kloud is our high-capacity rechargeable line, built by the same hands behind E-XHALE. Bigger device, bigger numbers, same standard.

Up to 20,000 per device on ECO mode using our dynamic airflow slider. Experience up to 10 000 puffs when on MAX mode with richer flavour and thicker clouds. Charge it, use every drop, and it keeps going where disposables tap out.

3.5% (35mg) salt nicotine, tuned for long, smooth sessions rather than a hard hit.

Rushdah Abrahams

Hi There,
recently purchased a combo pack of Lemon and Watermelon flavors from Juice Kloud. What initially drew my interest were the flavors, the quantifiable battery measure, and most importantly, the cost savings. However, despite not being a heavy smoker, it seems the device is already depleted.

I bought the device just over a week ago, and I can already taste a burnt sensation in my throat. I have tried and tested many vapes since I stopped smoking, so I am familiar with their performance. Attached is a picture showing the remaining juice, and there is no way I have used 20,000 puffs. I usually purchase the 10k Exhale, which offers a clearer and smoother experience.

Please help me understand why this is happening, as my experience with Juice Kloud does not align with its advertising. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

Hi Rushdah

Thank you so much for you review.

I apologise that you have experienced this!

Our 20K device offers independent dual mesh technology which allows for two different modes, the smooth flow and turbo flow. With the turbo mode, we have experienced that you can get up to 10000 puffs where as with the smooth flow, you can get up to 20000 puffs. We have noticed that a few of our customers have been using the turbo mode without noticing it and then get confused as to why it may run out a bit faster.

As the device is new, it is unfortunately possible to have a few problems however we are always trying our best to improve our products to only ensure the best for our customers.

I recommend that you have a look at our blogs about the 20K to try to understand them a bit more. https://e-xhale.com/blogs/news/e-xhale-10k-vs-juice-kloud-20k

Thank you again for your feedback. We value your satisfaction and look forward to the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

If you have any more concerns or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out😊

Beautifully packaged. A bit sweet compared to my usual kiwi/passion/guava but very pleased.
