do you need to refill it as the time go?
Hi There,
recently purchased a combo pack of Lemon and Watermelon flavors from Juice Kloud. What initially drew my interest were the flavors, the quantifiable battery measure, and most importantly, the cost savings. However, despite not being a heavy smoker, it seems the device is already depleted.
I bought the device just over a week ago, and I can already taste a burnt sensation in my throat. I have tried and tested many vapes since I stopped smoking, so I am familiar with their performance. Attached is a picture showing the remaining juice, and there is no way I have used 20,000 puffs. I usually purchase the 10k Exhale, which offers a clearer and smoother experience.
Please help me understand why this is happening, as my experience with Juice Kloud does not align with its advertising. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

I apologise that you have experienced this!
Our 20K device offers independent dual mesh technology which allows for two different modes, the smooth flow and turbo flow. With the turbo mode, we have experienced that you can get up to 10000 puffs where as with the smooth flow, you can get up to 20000 puffs. We have noticed that a few of our customers have been using the turbo mode without noticing it and then get confused as to why it may run out a bit faster.
As the device is new, it is unfortunately possible to have a few problems however we are always trying our best to improve our products to only ensure the best for our customers.
