- All new product orders will be processed within 42 hours
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days will be dispatched the same day
- Orders are dispatched daily (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Payment Verification
- Due to instances of fraudulent payment verification, orders will only be dispatched once funds have cleared our account

- Collection Window: Receivers have 72 hours (3 days) from delivery date to collect parcels
- Notifications: You will be notified once your parcel is ready for collection
