This policy applies to all products under E-XHALE & Subsidiaries (including LIPI and Juice Kloud).

Online Purchases

Return Eligibility Requirements

Timeframe:
Customers have 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for online orders.

Condition Requirements:
To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Return Process

Initiating a Return:

  2. Include your order number and specific details about the item(s) you wish to return

Approval Process:

  • All returns require pre-approval before shipping
  • Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed return instructions
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

Documentation Requirements:

  • All return and exchange requests must include:
    • Video documentation of the device
    • Photo of your receipt/order number
    • Photo of the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Merchandise goods (clothing, apparel, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items purchased during promotional events (Black Friday, festive sales, etc.)
  • Gift cards

Product Variances

Flavour Variations:
E-XHALE & Subsidiaries products may experience flavour variances between batches due to manufacturing requirements. Returns, exchanges, or refunds based on flavour variances will not be approved.

Puff Amounts:
Variations in puff counts are considered normal and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspection Period:
Please inspect all products immediately upon receipt. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (this timeframe may be adjusted for bulk orders).

Resolution Process:

  1. Contact customer service immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
  2. Our team will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution
  3. Approved claims may result in replacement or refund as determined by E-XHALE & Subsidiaries

Refund Processing

Notification:
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected regarding approval or rejection status.

Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued in the form of a virtual gift card equivalent to the value of your returned item(s).

E-POD Warranty

All E-POD devices are manufactured from hardened aluminium with premium coating for extended durability and are covered by a 3-month warranty from date of purchase.

Please Note:

  • E-POD devices are only compatible with E-XHALE Pod Max devices
  • All E-XHALE POD MAX devices are non-refillable, closed-pod disposable units
  • Warranty is void if used with non-compatible products

In-Store Purchases

Return policies for in-store purchases are determined by individual retailers. The standard policy we recommend to retailers is as follows:

Requirements:

  1. Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of purchase
  2. Original packaging including device must be intact
  3. Original store receipt with customer contact details and description of defect must be provided

Failure to meet these requirements may result in rejection of your return by the retailer.
