Returns

Eligibility:
You have two days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.

E-POD Warranty
The E-POD includes a 3-month warranty and is compatible only with E-XHALE pods.

In-Store Purchases
Returns for in-store purchases must be initiated within 24 hours with original packaging and a receipt.

NOTE: Replacements/ exchanges/ refunds for flavour variances shall not be granted or approved. E-XHALE flavours may/ will change from batch to batch or to meet various requirements.
