What pods are compatible with the E-XHALE 15K E-Pod Battery?

The battery works exclusively with E-XHALE 15K Pods and E-XHALE 60K Pod Bundles.

Does the battery come with a pod?

No. The battery unit is sold on its own. Pods are purchased separately.

How long does it take to fully charge?

Up to 30 minutes from flat to 100%.

What charger do I need?

Any standard 5V / 1A USB Type-C charger. The charging port is on the base of the device.

How long does the battery last on a full charge?

Up to 4 days when used on Eco mode. Battery life will vary depending on your selected power mode and frequency of use.

How do I switch between power modes?

Press the circular button on the base of the device to cycle through the four modes: Eco, Norm, Turbo, and Max.

How do I know which mode I'm on?

The LED display on the front of the device shows the active mode as a lit flame icon in its corresponding colour. All inactive modes appear unlit.

When does the screen turn on?

The display activates automatically on every draw and while the device is charging. It stays off during standby.

How do I attach a pod?

Simply align the pod with the top of the battery and press in. The magnetic connection will lock it securely in place.

Can the pod fall out?

No. The magnetic housing holds the pod firmly. It won't sit loose or detach during normal use.

What is the plastic wrap on the screen?

It's a pre-applied screen protector that guards against dust and scratches. You can leave it on or remove it - your choice.

Does this device have a child lock?

No. The child lock feature from the previous model has been removed on this version.

How many puffs will I get per pod?

It depends on your power mode. Eco delivers up to 30,000 puffs, Norm up to 25,000, Turbo up to 20,000, and Max up to 15,000. Actual counts vary based on draw length.

Do I need to buy a new battery when the pod runs out?

No. You only ever need one battery unit. Simply replace the pod when it's finished.

What does the device look like?
