Returns

Eligibility:
You have two days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.

How to start a return:
Contact us at sales@e-xhale.com or 084 784 6444 with your order number. Returns must be approved before sending items back. Only authorized returns will be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

NOTE: Replacements/ exchanges/ refunds for flavour variances shall not be granted or approved. E-XHALE flavours may/ will change from batch to batch or to meet various requirements.
