E-XHALE Holiday Getaway Competition: Official Rules & Conditions of Entry
1. The Promoter
1.1. Promoter's Identity: The promoter of this competition is E-XHALE (Pty) Ltd, with its subsidiaries Juice Kloud and LIPI ("E-XHALE" or the "Promoter"). The Promoter's business address is located in the Republic of South Africa.
1.2. Communication: All official communication regarding this competition will be issued by the Promoter or its authorized representatives. Participants are advised to only engage with communication from the official contact details provided in the campaign materials.
2. Eligibility and Conditions of Entry
2.1. Who Can Enter: This competition is exclusively open to individuals who, at the time of entry and for the duration of the Promotional Period, are:
(a) Legal residents and/or citizens of the Republic of South Africa or Namibia;
(b) Aged 18 (eighteen) years or older; and
(c) In possession of a valid South African or Namibian Identity Document (ID).
2.2. Prohibited Entrants: The following individuals are expressly prohibited from entering and will be disqualified if an entry is received from them: employees of the Promoter and its subsidiaries, their immediate family members, and any individual or business directly involved in the planning, execution, or judging of this competition.
2.3. Acceptance of Terms: By submitting an entry, the entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules & Conditions of Entry. Failure to comply with any of these terms will result in immediate disqualification.
2.4. Verification and Audit: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant. This may include, but is not limited to, requesting proof of residency, age, identity, and conducting reasonable background checks to confirm the absence of any prohibited familial or business relationships with the Promoter. Failure to cooperate with such verification will result in disqualification.
3. Promotional Period
3.1. Defined Period: The competition will commence at 00:01 SAST on 1 October 2025 and will conclude at 23:59 SAST on 31 January 2026 ("Promotional Period").
3.2. Entry Deadline: All entries, including the submission of the online form and till slip/proof of purchase, must be received by the Promoter's systems within the Promotional Period. Entries received after this date and time will be null and void, without exception.
4. The Prize and Its Specifics
4.1. Prize Description: The single (1) grand prize is a getaway for two (2) people to the value of R50,000.00/N$50,000. The prize will be provided to the winner as a physical Flight Centre Gift Card valued at R50,000.00/N$50,000. This card is a credit card-style card and is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue.
4.2. Prize Limitations & Exclusions:
(a) The prize is a gift card of a specified monetary value and is not an all-inclusive holiday package. Any costs related to the winner's chosen trip that exceed the R50,000.00/N$50,000 value are the sole responsibility of the winner.
(b) The prize explicitly excludes all other costs and expenses not covered by the gift card. This includes, but is not limited to, travel insurance, airport transfers, visa fees, passport costs, spending money, meals, and any other personal expenses.
4.3. Non-Transferability & No Cash Alternative: The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize must be accepted and used by the person who is officially declared the winner.

The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards or for any issues related to their redemption. The Promoter is also not liable for any unused value on the gift card after its expiration date.
5. The Entry Mechanic
5.1. Entry Requirements: To submit a valid entry, a participant must:
(a) Qualifying Purchase: During the Promotional Period, purchase any one (1) E-XHALE, Juice Kloud, or LIPI product from a physical retail store or via a confirmed order on the official E-XHALE website (www.e-xhale.com).
(b) QR Code Scan: Scan the QR code located on the product packaging or the Point of Sale (POS) materials (L-shaped posters, A5 wobblers, A4/A5 flyers) in-store. This QR code will direct the entrant to the official competition website. For online purchases, the entrant must visit the competition website directly.
(c) Online Submission: Complete the online entry form with accurate and complete personal details, including full name, valid contact number, email address, and the name of the store where the product was purchased (for in-store entries) or confirmation that the purchase was made online.
(d) Proof of Purchase Upload: Upload a clear, high-resolution photograph or scan of the till slip (for in-store purchases) or a screenshot of the confirmed order (for online purchases). The image/screenshot must be a minimum resolution of 72dpi and saved in either a .jpg or .png format. The date of purchase, retailer name/official website, and qualifying product must be clearly visible. Digital receipts from physical stores are considered valid proof of purchase and will be accepted.
5.2. One Entry Per Till Slip/Order: Each single, valid till slip or online order will count as one (1) entry into the competition.
5.3. Multiple Entries: A participant may submit multiple entries, but each entry must be supported by a unique and valid till slip or online order confirmation for a separate, new qualifying purchase. Duplicated till slips or order confirmations will be disqualified.
5.4. Promoter's Right to Verification: The Promoter reserves the unconditional right to audit and verify all entries. This includes requesting the original physical till slip and a valid ID from the winner for verification. The Promoter, at its sole and absolute discretion, shall determine whether an uploaded proof of purchase is legible and valid.
6. Winner Selection, Notification, and Forfeiture
6.1. Selection Method: The winner will be selected via a random, computer-generated draw from all valid entries received. The draw will take place on 16 February 2026 at the E-XHALE Head Office (undisclosed location) under the supervision of an independent third-party auditor.
6.2. Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted directly by the Promoter via the contact number and/or email address provided on their entry form within five (5) business days of the draw. The Promoter will attempt to make contact a maximum of three (3) times over a 72-hour period.
6.3. Forfeiture & Re-draw: The prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn if: (a) The provisional winner cannot be reached within the 72-hour period.
(b) The provisional winner fails to provide all requested verification documents within a reasonable time frame.
(c) The provisional winner is found to be ineligible or has failed to comply with any of these T&Cs.
6.4. Finality of Decision: The decision of the Promoter and the independent auditor is final and binding in all matters related to the competition, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.5. Winner's Declaration and Agreement: The provisional winner will be required to sign a physical copy of these Official Rules & Conditions of Entry before the prize is awarded. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be selected. Upon receipt of the physical gift card, all risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to the winner.
7. Data Privacy and Publicity
7.1. Consent to Data Use: By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering this competition and for future marketing communications, unless the participant opts out.
7.2. Winner's Publicity: The winner irrevocably grants the Promoter, without any form of compensation, the right to use their name, suburb, image, and any audio/video recordings taken during the "meet-and-greet" and prize presentation for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, a meet-and-greet video, promotion at the winning store, and use on social media, websites, and any other media channel.
8. General Protections and Indemnities
8.1. Liability Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any person as a result of entering this competition or accepting the prize.
8.2. Indemnification: The winner and all entrants hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter against any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from or in connection with their participation in this competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
8.3. Technical Failures: The Promoter is not responsible for any inaccurate or incorrect entry information, or for entries that are not received due to technical failures of any kind.
8.4. Right to Amend or Cancel: The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition or these T&Cs in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that compromise its integrity. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of Force Majeure (e.g., acts of God, war, natural disasters, or government orders) which render the competition unviable.
8.5. Governing Law: These Official Rules & Conditions of Entry shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
9. Additional Clauses
9.1. Disclaimers for In-Store Communication: The in-store promotional materials (L-shaped posters, wobblers, and flyers) are for marketing purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the information on these materials and the online Official Rules & Conditions of Entry, the online version shall prevail. By entering, all participants agree that these online terms are the sole and binding agreement governing this competition.
9.2. Intellectual Property Rights: By uploading a till slip photograph, the entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and analyze the contents of the till slip for the purpose of validating the entry and for any other business intelligence purposes, provided such use remains in compliance with data privacy laws.
