General Contest Information

What is the grand prize for this competition?

The grand prize is a travel getaway valued at R50,000.00/N$50,000. The prize will be issued as a physical Flight Centre Gift Card, which can be used to book a holiday for two people to destinations such as Thailand, Mauritius, or the Maldives. The gift card is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issue.

What is the purchase requirement for entry?

To qualify for entry, a customer must purchase one (1) product from the E-XHALE, Juice Kloud, or LIPI brands at any physical retail store in South Africa or Namibia. Purchases made through any online or e-commerce platform are included and will be accepted as a valid entry.

What is the official entry process?

The entry process is conducted digitally and requires the following steps:

  1. Purchase a qualifying product at a participating physical store or online at www.e-xhale.com
  2. Scan the provided QR code located on the product packaging or in-store Point of Sale (POS) materials.
  3. Complete the online entry form on the official competition website with the required personal details.
  4. Upload a clear and legible photograph of your till slip/proof of purchase, or upload a screenshot of your order confirmation

May I submit multiple entries?

Yes, multiple entries are permitted. Each entry must be supported by a unique and valid till slip corresponding to a separate purchase of a qualifying product.

What are the key competition dates?

The competition begins on 1 October 2025 and concludes on 31 January 2026. The winner will be selected via a random draw on 16 February 2026.

Eligibility and Validation

Who is eligible to participate in the competition?

The competition is open to legal residents and/or citizens of the Republic of South Africa or Namibia who are aged 18 years or older and possess a valid South African/Namibian Identity Document (ID).

Am I required to retain my till slip after entry?

Yes, it is a mandatory requirement. While an uploaded photo of your till slip is necessary for entry, the potential winner will be required to produce the original physical till slip (or order confirmation for online purchases) for verification purposes. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Are online purchases eligible?

Yes.

Prize Details and Winner Notification

How will the winner be contacted?

The winner will be contacted directly via the phone number and/or email address provided on their entry form. The Promoter will make a maximum of three attempts to establish contact over a 72-hour period.

What happens if I am unreachable?

Should the provisional winner not respond to contact attempts within the specified 72-hour period, or fail to provide the necessary verification documents (including the original till slip), the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

What exactly does the R50,000.00/N$50,000 prize cover?

The R50,000.00/N$50,000 prize is the value of a physical Flight Centre Gift Card. The winner is responsible for using this card to book all aspects of their trip, including flights and accommodation. The prize does not cover any ancillary expenses such as travel insurance, visa costs, airport transfers, spending money, or meals.

Is the prize transferable or convertible to cash?

No, the prize is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.

Will the winner's information be made public?

Yes. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name, image, and a video from a "meet-and-greet" for promotional and publicity purposes. This is conducted to confirm the authenticity of the prize draw and highlight a real winner.
