What are the eligibility requirements for becoming a wholesale partner?
To become an E-XHALE online wholesaler, you must have a registered business with a valid company registration number and a registered VAT number.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders?
There is no minimum order quantity. However, we offer volume tiered discounts for selected products. Buy 4 quantities of a product to get 5% off each unit, and buy 10 or more quantities to get 10% off each unit.
Is there a specific documentation or verification process required?
Yes, applicants need to provide a valid company registration number and VAT number. If we identify any fraudulent information during or after the application approval process, the wholesale account will be terminated.
Application Process
How long does it take to process a wholesale application?
You can expect a maximum of 48 hours for the application and account to be approved. However, it is possible for the account to be approved immediately. The customer can only access their wholesale account and start ordering after completing the activation process by clicking on the link sent in the account activation email and providing a password.
What should I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email after submitting my application?
Check your SPAM & Junk folders. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact our E-XHALE support team via the online chat, email us at sales@e-xhale.com, or call us directly at 084 784 6444.
Can I check the status of my wholesale application?
Unfortunately, our website does not support this feature at this time.
Pricing & Payments
How are wholesale prices determined?
Wholesale prices are determined by the cost price of our devices (sold in packs of 10) plus additional fees such as import fees, taxes, and other costs to provide the best possible price.
Are there any discounts or special pricing for bulk purchases?
Yes, we offer volume tier discounts. Buy 4 or more quantities of a product to receive 5% off each unit, and buy 10 or more quantities to receive 10% off each unit. We also offer occasional discounts for seasonal offers and new product launches.
