| We recommend to keep your device dry during use and storage. |
| Only use E-XHALE eJuice Pods with the E-XHALE E-Pod Pro device. |
| E-XHALE E-Pod Pro contains a non-replaceable lithium-ion polymer rechargeable battery. |
| Your E-XHALE device is designed to operate within a recommended temperature range of 0-35°C. If your device is operated outside of this temperature range the performance may be intermittent, device may stop working or it could be damaged. For optimal performance, charge your device between 15-25°C. |
| The build-up of dirt inside your E-XHALE and the top of your device may prevent you from enjoying your experience and it may disrupt normal charging. To prevent this, check and if necessary, detach your pod from the E-XHALE device, clean with a dry cloth and carefully blow into the pod to dislodge any build-up of dirt. |

How It Started
2021.Gqeberha, South Africa.
A small garage in Fairview.
Our founder was 24 years old and saw a problem: cigarettes were killing people, and the alternatives? They sucked. Overpriced imports. Inconsistent quality. Zero convenience. Nothing built for South Africans, by South Africans.
So he started making them himself.
What began with our signature 400-puff disposables in that cramped garage quickly became something bigger. Word spread. Demand grew. That tiny garage turned into a small office—five people crammed together with stock covering every square inch. We were onto something.
The Mission
From day one, we vowed to provide the best smoking and nicotine alternatives without compromise. No cutting corners. No overpriced imports. Just honest products that give South Africans a better choice.
Every product we make is designed with one goal: give you maximum value without sacrificing quality.
The Growth
2021: Started in a garage.
2022: Moved to a small office, expanded product range.
2023: Opened bigger office space, hired more staff, partnered with stores
nationwide.
2024: 10x warehouse expansion, opened Cape Town warehouse, expanded into every SA province, launched offices in Garden Route, Gauteng, and Durban.
2025: Launched two new brands, expanded to Namibia and Botswana, went international with products in Greece.
